The Romanian Postal History Bulletin (RPHB) was published three times a year (April, August & December) with a subscription of $15.00 (Northern America) $18.00 (overseas). RPHB provided an opportunity for Romanian Postal Historians to publish original articles while at the same time providing a forum for the sharing of information, debate and discussion.
